Pet Friendly Stay

We love pets so feel free to bring along your dog child! Guests traveling with a pet will be charged an additional $250 deposit at check-in which will be refunded at check-out time as long as no damage is incurred. Pet must be accompanied and leashed at all times. Please contact our staff for weight restrictions for individual hotels.

  • Parking

    Parking is not included. However, there is a convenient limited self-parking via the ParkMobile app at a nearby parking lot located at 6372 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33141.

    • Street Parking: There are metered parking spots along the street with ParkMobile app. Fees vary.

  • Packages

    We will gladly hold our guests’ shipped packages up to 7 days prior to their arrival. Guests will be charged $5.00 plus tax, per package, after the 5th package. Packages over 20 lbs will be subject to a $10.00 plus tax handling fee per package. We suggest that guests purchase package insurance because we will not be held liable for damaged or lost packages. Guests are responsible for claiming their package(s) at the time of check-in and each time they receive a delivery notification from the carrier. You can request packages from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM at the reception.
